Thank you to anonymous donor

TAMS-AC and Sora Community Services would like to say a huge thanks to the anonymous donor in Tamworth who provided a range of products to help our clients. The items included whipper snippers, lawn mowers and numerous other items to be given to people and families we work with.

A number of these items will be used for our homelessness team to assist newly housed clients. Other items will be used for our art group, men’s group and to benefit some of our local elders. It is with great appreciation in these difficult times that we received a donation such as this!

TAMS-AC Deputy CEO Kevin said that “Things like lawn mowers and whipper snippers are things that people don’t own when first moving into private rentals. But, they are very important for keeping the property tidy and making sure they pass inspections and stay in housing. We are very grateful for these donations and how they help our clients.”
