We know there is COVID and other illnesses around. How can you keep yourself and mob safe?

As the weather cools down, it's important to stay vigilant about our health. Here are some tips to keep yourself and your loved ones safe from COVID-19 and other illnesses:

🟡 Stay home if unwell - If you're feeling under the weather, please stay home until your symptoms are gone. This helps prevent the spread of illness.

🟡 Stay up to date with vaccinations - Ensure you're up to date with your vaccinations. Book in at TAMS-Ac for a free COVID-19 vaccine/booster.🟡 Wear a face mask - When catching up with family and friends, especially if you're visiting Elders or have been around someone who is sick, consider wearing a face mask.

🟡 Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) - Before visiting vulnerable family members, such as those in hospitals or aged care, consider doing a rapid antigen test for COVID-19.

🟡 Consult your doctor - Have a conversation with your doctor or Aboriginal Health Worker about what to do if you get COVID-19 symptoms.
