This week is all about raising awareness and supporting those who might be feeling a bit down or anxious during and after pregnancy.
If your overwhelming feelings last more than a couple of weeks or start to get in the way of your daily life, it’s time to reach out for help.
Remember, it’s okay to ask for support – you’re not alone.
